This is a price guide based on an average sized property. 

For bedrooms bigger than 20 square meters and living rooms bigger than 40 square meters the price will increase. Prices include single oven cleaning and inside windows cleaning. If you don't need oven cleaning, the price can be reduced.

Carpet cleaning is priced separately.

- The prices can not be guaranteed without seeing the property first.

- The property must be vacated on the day of the clean.

- The price does not include extras like:

  • Carpet and upholstery cleaning

  • Furnishings, curtains or blinds

  • Stripping and polishing floors

  • Washing up dishes and/or laundering

  • Taking more than 5 items out of cupboards and putting them back in

  • Dusting books

  • Cleaning walls/ceilings

  • Cleaning balconies/terraces, cleaning patios/gardens.​

These extras are priced separately.​

*** Rubbish or waste removal is not part of our End of Tenancy or After Builders/Decorators cleaning services and will incur an additional charge.

*** We will no partake in the moving of any furnishings or anything heavy - this can cause injury or property damage.
